About the Postcard:
1. The tax assessment for each home in town is a public record. The entire list can be found on the assessor page on the town website.
2. We used that data and merged it into the mailing.
3. The Ricard assessment is for his home at 2881 Furbeck Road.
4. Satellite images of most homes in Guilderland can be seen using Google Maps.
5. The pool is not visible in the image because it was put in after the satellite photo was taken. It is there. Read more about his pool at our page on Ricard's Variance
